Academic Statements

An Academic Statement will confirm the title of your degree, date of graduation and class of Honours (if applicable). We can issue an interim statement between confirmation of your award and your graduation ceremony.

GRADUATES:  2012 AND LATER

  • Graduates from 2012 onwards can view, print and send their Academic Statement via the Alumni Portal.

  • You can order a paper copy of an Academic Statement if specifically required, and it will be mailed within 15 days during periods around graduations and start of term, and outwith this period within 10 working days.

GRADUATES: BEFORE 2012

  • You can order a paper copy of an Academic Statement and it will be mailed within 15 days during periods around graduations and start of term, and outwith this period within 10 working days.
  • If you require your Academic Statement to be sent to a prospective employer, or to another academic institution as a PDF, order an Academic Statement and provide the email address of the recipient on your order. The email address provided must be an institutional or business email address. Please check with the recipient that they are willing to accept this before ordering.

Please note: If you need a breakdown of marks you received for the courses you took, you will want to order an Academic Transcript, either instead of or in addition to the Academic Statement.
